Each individual may maintain only one registered pk31 Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and a permanent ban.

To access the full range of pk31 Services, you must register a verified Account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.
pk31 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your pk31 Account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You must notify pk31 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pk31 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
pk31 accepts deposits via the following approved channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Cash Deposit at designated bank branches. All Real Money Funds are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk31 does not apply currency conversion margins on PKR deposits.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed, account suspension pending investigation, and possible forfeiture of associated funds. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the pk31 cashier at the time of transaction.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours depending on the originating institution. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following standard blockchain confirmation. pk31 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's payment service provider.
Withdrawals are available to fully verified pk31 Accounts in good standing. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied. Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. pk31 reserves the right to require withdrawal to an alternative approved method in specific circumstances. Withdrawal requests to unverified payment instruments will not be processed.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within the same business day. HBL and UBL bank transfers are processed within one business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain processing times. pk31 reserves up to 72 hours for internal processing of any withdrawal request in cases requiring additional review.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the pk31 cashier at the time of request. Players may be subject to rolling weekly or monthly withdrawal caps depending on their account tier and verification status.
All pk31 bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the promotion before any associated funds or winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100% while live casino and sports betting contributions are specified per promotion.
pk31 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts where it reasonably believes that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Where changes are material, pk31 will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the pk31 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk31 holds its international online gaming licence. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through pk31's internal dispute process.
